Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Program

http://www.prel.org/programs/rel/fluency.asp

The Pacific Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) is one of 10 educational laboratories that serve geographic regions across the nation to improve education. Authorized by the Educational Research, Development, Dissemination and Improvement Act of P.L. 103-227, the educational laboratories promote broad-based school improvements in their respective regions, using new and existing research about transforming low-performing schools into high-performing learning communities, where all students achieve high standards.

This program is supported by the U.S. Department of Education under award number ED01CO0014.
